VAMED Vitality World is focused on thermal spa resorts. Since the end of 2023, the la pura women's health resort kamptal is no longer part of VAMED Vitality World.

In the past, service and value vouchers of la pura have been issued as well as VAMED Vitality World gift cards. All VAMED Vitality World gift cards can still be redeemed at the 6 VAMED Vitality World spa resorts. Service and value vouchers issued by la pura itself can only be redeemed at la pura.

However, holders of la pura service and value vouchers issued from 1.1.2023 onwards now have the opportunity to get to know the VAMED Vitality World thermal spas and receive 100% of their voucher value as a VAMED Vitality World gift card. This offer is valid until 30.06.2024. Please email a scan or photo of the La-Pura vouchers that meet these criteria to info@vitality-world.com.

We would therefore kindly ask you to check the website of your particular VAMED Vitality World spa or health resort to find out its opening times and the precautions it is taking for your health.

Maintenance work on the VitalityClub portal

Between March 29 and April 1, 2022, the VitalityClub portal will not be available due to maintenance work. Over this time you will not be able to convert any VitalityClub points into VitalityClub vouchers, or print them out. If you wish to redeem your VitalityClub vouchers at a resort during this time, please print them out before March 29.
